Every evening a unique menu is offered. It consists of a main dish and a dessert with seasonal products as much as possible from local market gardeners.
The main course consists of a local specialty and a metropolitan dish served as a buffet.
You will be able to enjoy a carri chicken, pork, toothfish, marinated grilled to compose even, paella, cassoulet creole, stew, paved salmon ...
The products used are sourced as much as possible from local producers.
Desserts range from apple pie, chocolate pie, lemon pie.
